Steepest roller coaster!

The world's steepest roller coaster, Takabisha is just opened
at Fuji-Q Highland Amusement Park in Yamanash, Japan.

Gosh, 121 degree free fall! Steep enough for you?

Here's the video from the 1st row, to give you the thrill!

1:31 = eek! amazingly high above the ground.
1:43 = well, i must be at the top right now.
1:50 - 2:00 = 10 seconds pause to enjoy the view.
2:01 = faint.

Please someone take me there!

Malaysia: Putra Jaya

I promised you my Malaysia trip, and here it is :)
For the time being, I only managed to pull out two photos. These shots located at Putra Jaya which is a new complex for government building. The architectures are rad, and it gave you the feel like you're in Europe...

who doesn't want to have this beautiful mansion at the lakeside?

Am I at Turkey or Malaysia? ;p

thrilling rides!

So, as I said in my earlier post, I am eager for thrilling rides. I googled and found rides I'm excited to try. Here they are:

MEDUSA
It is located in Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, California. The interesting and thrilling part of
this roller coaster is that it is the first floor-less roller coaster!

BOULDER DASH
How rad is this ride? Well, it is a regular wooden coaster except
it is located on a mountain which will make it an unforgettable ride!

FLASHBACK
This ride can be found in Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, California.
Well, can you guess what this ride from the name? ;)

MAMBA
The Mamba is known as one of the scariest and deadliest snakes in Africa,
so why would one be excited about riding a roller coaster named after this slithering beast?

and last but not least...
KINGDA KA
This scary looking coaster can be found in Six Flags Great Adventure, New Jersey.
The whole experience will only be 28 seconds!

scared? don't be! I have something scarier for you at the next next post ;D

sweet disposition

I spent my new year holiday at this little (people so called) paradise island, Bali.
One thing I hate about Bali is the blazing sunshine burning my face and shoulder. Maybe I should put thicker sunblock next time.

It was my second visit in one year, but it's always different perspective and joy spending time there. I may exaggerating, but Bali never let me down. It's blue and crystal clear sea, refreshing splashing water,  the corals, the lined palm trees and the paddy field really are a sweet disposition for me; and I hardly catch my breath.

Balinese, whom most of them are Hindoo, have this tradition, to put offerings to god in place they consider sacred. You can see many of those were put under the tree, in front of the main door, or even at the cashier desk.

This beautiful place is a restaurant named Bebek Bengil at Ubud. The place was tranquil and serene with the paddy field around. The outrageously delicious meal made this place perfect.

Dreamland - The New Kuta Beach.

This was taken under the sea. I was astonished.

Sunset at Ubud, breathtaking isn't it?

her visit

Hi dear fellow readers! What are you all up to now? My two weeks holiday is over, school has started since the last two days, and it is super hard to drag myself out of the bed in the breezy morning to take a shower and go to school. My brain hardly works after holidays, hahah. (i think everybody experience the same)

First, so sorry haven't updated my blog for almost a week. Well, holiday bites! I'm too enjoying myself haha. I'll make it up for all you guys by making this mega post!
This holiday, my sister visit me and I'm damn happy to have a piece of home. Here are some pictures to describe what basically I am doing this holiday.

The first day she arrived, we had a good dinner at ASTONS. It was a perfect place for a yummy steak with cheap price.

The next day, we head to Orchard and we (especially me) did quite a lot of shopping and close the day by having a seafood dinner at Newton hawker center.

The first thing she want to do at Singapore is to go to Universal Studio Singapore, which opened recently this year. I first planned to go there the day before, but the tickets are sold out (yes, sold out!) so we changed plan. It was super fun!
I thought it's going to be super crowded, but we did manage to play all the rides and watch some shows. We even play "The Return Of The Mummy" 3 times!

There is this Turkish Ice Cream at Clark Quay.
Nothing special with the ice cream itself, but the way he serve the ice cream is attractive and fancy. The guy will play around with the ice cream, drop the ice cream when we want to get the ice cream, and after several trials and attempt,

my sister finally got the ice cream :D

I lost count about which day is this when we went to my favorite place. I love the atmosphere, i love the combination of art, music and chocolate, and those are my favs things.

yummy waffles at Max Brenner C:

That day we also went to IKEA, another lovely place here at Singpore and we had a lunch there, Swedish meatballs, Chicken Wings (believe me, they have the best chicken wings ever!), and Cheese cake for dessert.
The last day we went to Sentosa and I took some photos there.

My heart literally beats faster when I see those combination.
yes, I love beach and sunshine. We also got a chance to see a beautiful sunset; and to be honest, this is my first time watching sunset in Singapore and the first time I capture sunset, but it is a beautiful portrait, agree?

enjoy and have a great great day today!

i've been going through exam period from 3 weeks ago, and it's going to finish in 1week time, yay. oh i can't wait!!
i am a terrible student, my focus always is on the holiday,
my only reason i study hard is that i know that after this hectic and stressing weeks of exam, holiday is coming.
so, the sooner i finish the exams, the sooner the holiday comes! hahah.

i imagine this holiday will be myself and my camera...
after stressing weeks of exam, i need days with myself (it's ok to do it sometimes, you know...enjoying yourself ;p)

1. IKEA.
i can spend days in here.
(and do an early christmas shopping decor!)

and finish my day digging up chocolate at Max Brener's.

Here in Singapore, chinese people celebrate mid autumn festival with lots of moon cake and lantern. I never celebrate it before, actually. But last saturday me and my cell group friends celebrated it. We BBQ, play games, eat, taking picture, eat while taking picture, play games, make lantern, (for sure) eat moon cakes! :)
